Wedding Ceremonies

I invite the wedding couple, to meet at my office in Pacific Pines where I will conduct an initial interview. This is the opportunity for me to gain a real understanding and insight to the couple’s requirements and needs for their wedding ceremony. In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere I like to develop a relationship with my clients that ensures that I provide a ceremony that truly reflects them as a couple. I provide samples of ceremonies, readings and poems and also invite the couple to provide any content they wish to include.

I also have a choice of wedding rituals that I can perform and provide the items required for these rituals. Examples of these rituals include sand ceremonies, hand fasting and candle ceremonies.

  • A Notice of Intended Marriage (I will provide this Notice at the meeting)
  • If you were born in Australia you will need your original birth certificate
  • If you were born outside of Australia, your original birth certificate or overseas passport
  • If you have been previously married an original Divorce or Death Certificate is required
  • Other documents may be required but will be advised of during discussions.
  • If your birth certificate is not in English you will need a certified translator.

After the wedding ceremony, I will register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages, and your marriage certificate will be posted to you.
